About the role:
Globeia is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy professional who can manage customer inquiries efficiently across multiple communication channels.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
Assist clients with background check, authentication, and document verification services
Troubleshoot and resolve service-related issues with accuracy and empathy
Maintain organized and accurate records of all customer interactions in CRM systems
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance workflow and improve the overall customer experience
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer-service mindset with proven problem-solving abilities
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM platforms, online tools, and Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and work independently
Minimum post-secondary education required
Ability to work remotely from a quiet, professional environment
Must be available to work in EU/PST time zones.
Preferred Experience
Prior customer service experience (remote, virtual, hybrid, or onsite)
Experience in background checks, document verification, or related service industries is an asset
