Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or related fields
- Strong experience with: Windows environments, Office 365, Active Directory, ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools
- Exposure to:Network and infrastructure environments (nice to have), Printers and peripheral devices, IT infrastructure support
- Experience supporting manufacturing sites is highly desirable.
- Fluent english (must)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite customer service and technical support to final users and key stakeholders.
- Operate in a Field Services environment, supporting local plant operations.
- Handle difficult or high-demand customers with professionalism and a service-oriented mindset.
- Manage and track incidents and requests through ticketing systems.
- Plan and manage daily agendas, follow up on open issues, track progress, and proactively update stakeholders.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and activation of necessary actions.
- Support end-user devices and infrastructure in a manufacturing environment.
