About The Team/role
Como Capacitador(a) de Ventas en Campo, serás responsable de asegurar que el contenido de capacitación se aplique de manera efectiva en escenarios de venta reales. A través de la observación directa en campo, el coaching práctico y sesiones de refuerzo personalizadas, cerrarás la brecha entre la capacitación y el desempeño. Colaborarás estrechamente con los líderes comerciales y el equipo de Capacitación de Ventas para detectar necesidades, reforzar comportamientos y adaptar las estrategias de aprendizaje a las realidades del campo.
In this role, you'll be...
- Realizar observación en campo (p. ej., acompañamientos en ruta, sesiones de observación) para identificar brechas de habilidades, conocimiento o ejecución en los equipos de ventas.
- Evaluar qué tan bien se está aplicando en las operaciones diarias el contenido de capacitación impartido previamente.
- Diseñar e impartir sesiones de refuerzo en sitio, personalizadas según las necesidades específicas de las zonas, equipos o individuos.
- Servir como enlace entre el equipo de Capacitación de Ventas y el equipo comercial, proporcionando retroalimentación constante y accionable a ambas partes.
- Reportar hallazgos cualitativos y cuantitativos sobre la efectividad de la capacitación y el desempeño del equipo de ventas.
- Colaborar con Capacitadores de Ventas, BDMs y líderes locales para co-crear intervenciones de aprendizaje relevantes y accionables.
- Facilitar métodos de aprendizaje práctico en campo, tales como juegos de roles (role-plays), simulaciones en tiempo real y coaching uno a uno.

- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en ventas o como BDM, con un sólido conocimiento del proceso de ventas.
- Al menos 1 año en capacitación, enablement (habilitación comercial) o coaching de campo, idealmente con responsabilidades directas de refuerzo.
- Excelentes habilidades de observación, comunicación y retroalimentación.
- Alta capacidad de adaptación, autonomía y orientación a resultados.
- Experiencia deseable vinculando los esfuerzos de capacitación con KPIs como tasa de cierre, tasa de conversión o NPS.
- Formación en Administración, Psicología, Pedagogía, Marketing o carreras afines.
- Inglés intermedio-avanzado.
- Mentalidad práctica (hands-on), con enfoque en la acción y el impacto inmediato.
- Conector(a) natural entre equipos y departamentos; genera confianza en todos los niveles.
- Apasionado(a) por enseñar, corregir y empoderar a las personas sobre la marcha.
- Carismático(a), con total orientación al trabajo en campo, empático(a) y con una gran capacidad de liderazgo informal.
