Human Resources Assistant (Part time)
Monday to Friday
Direct/Contractor (MXN): $15,000 MXN net + benefits
The Human Resources Assistant plays a key administrative and support role within the HR function across multiple business locations. This position supports daily HR operations, employee record management, timecard monitoring, recruitment coordination, and compliance tracking. You'll work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth processes and a positive employee experience.
#HR & Administrative Support
Monitor and audit timecards and HR programs, recommending corrective actions
Assist with terminations and performance review processes
Process mail and prepare HR-related correspondence
Recruitment Support
Schedule interviews and meetings as requested by the HR Manager
#Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools
#Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent experience
~2+ years of related HR experience required
