Project Manager con habilidades en la gestión de proyectos, con experiencia en proyectos de tecnología Cloud y metodologías mixtas de gestión de proyectos, para unirse al equipo global de infraestructura y servicios de tecnología empresarial.
Responsabilidades:
# Gestionar múltiples proyectos en tecnología cloud, con enfoque en plataformas como Azure y otros servicios en la nube.
# Coordinar y liderar proyectos utilizando metodologías mixtas (cascada, agile, scrum), ajustando el enfoque según las necesidades del proyecto y del equipo.
# Colaborar estrechamente con equipos técnicos, stakeholders y el Global IT Manager para asegurar el éxito de los proyectos en tiempo y forma.
# Realizar seguimiento y control de los proyectos a través de herramientas como Azure DevOps, Jira, Monday y/o MS Project.
# Facilitar la comunicación efectiva entre el equipo de proyecto y los stakeholders, promoviendo la transparencia y la toma de decisiones informada

Requisitos:
Conocimientos básicos en tecnología cloud y lenguajes de la nube; ideal más no excluyente, experiencia previa en proyectos de cloud computing.
Familiaridad con Azure DevOps y preferiblemente con herramientas de gestión de proyectos como Jira, Monday y MS Project.

Habilidades Blandas (Soft Skills):
Capacidad de autogestión, con habilidades de comunicación y organización.
Habilidad para gestionar el tiempo de manera efectiva y priorizar tareas en un entorno dinámico.
Actitud proactiva y orientada al crecimiento profesional, con fuertes habilidades interpersonales para facilitar la colaboración.

Experiencia:
Experiencia en gestión de proyectos de aprox. 3 años, idealmente en tecnología.
Inglés avanzado, necesario para la colaboración en un entorno global.
