OBJETIVO:

Gestionar y asegurar el correcto control administrativo y financiero de los servicios de energía eléctrica para las tiendas SIX, mediante la centralización de negocios, generación de pagos oportunos y seguimiento a proveedores, garantizando el cumplimiento de los convenios establecidos.

ACTIVIDADES:

- Centralizar y dar de baja negocios SIX para el pago de servicio de luz.

- Gestionar el trámite de pago mensual a CFE y proveedores de Green Energy conforme a los convenios vigentes.

- Dar seguimiento a dudas, aclaraciones e incidencias relacionadas con los servicios de energía.

- Crear y dar seguimiento a reservas de energía y anticipos.

- Elaborar y mantener actualizado el dashboard de energía.

- Generar pagos puntuales del servicio de luz a tiendas SIX.

- Crear activos fijos relacionados con el proceso de inmuebles.

REQUISITOS:

- Experiencia administrativa.

- Excelente organización, actitud de servicio y empatía.

- Buen manejo de Excel.

- Capacidad para dar seguimiento puntual a procesos y pagos.

- Enfoque al detalle y cumplimiento de tiempos.
