**Vendor Management Analyst (Finance Management)**The VM Finance Management Analyst provides clients vendor finance management and governance services, support for Contract Set-Up (On-boarding) Services, and various defined Operational Support Services as defined in the Avasant VMaaS Service Catalog according to the specific requirements for which the client has contracted to satisfy.**Experience and required skills**- 1 to 3 years of experience in similar positions- Bachelor's degree- Collaborative approach and effective communication with internal teams, suppliers and customers- Excellent customer service- Fluency in English (at least 90% written and spoken)- Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)- Available to work remotely**Responsibilities**- Tracking, reviewing, approving, and submit invoices for payment processing- Manage invoice dispute process with the vendors- Manage client requests and queries.- Uploading and archiving invoice data.- On a monthly basis, reporting payment status to clients and vendors- Maintaining invoice repository information up to date**We offer**- 30,000 to 40,000 pesos monthlyMexican law benefitsMajor Medical insuranceFood voucher_Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)
