We’re looking for talented and motivated individuals, including recent graduates, for a role in B2B Sales / E-commerce. We value proactive, curious, and team-oriented professionals who are ready to grow and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

We Need You To:

🌍 Be our Market Explorer

- Proactively identify high-potential sellers across Mexico through market analysis and field research
- Build trusted partnerships with local manufacturers, distributors and industry associations

📈 Become a Growth Architect

- Develop customized growth strategies to increase sellers' GMV through:
- Data-driven product selection
- Traffic acquisition tactics (social media ads/SEO/KOL collaboration)
- Promotional campaign planning (seasonal sales/launch events)

🛠 Serve as Operational Partner

- Guide sellers through platform onboarding: SKU optimization, listing creation, logistics setup
- Provide weekly performance reviews with actionable improvement plans

Key Requirements:

- Fluent professional English (written and spoken)
- Bachelor’s degree (or recent graduate) in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related fields
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and basic data analysis capability
- Experience in B2B sales or e-commerce are a big plus
- Understanding of Mexican manufacturing clusters (e.g., Guadalajara footwear, León leather goods)
