Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Project Manager to join our expanding team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for supporting project planning, coordination, and execution. Your expertise in hotel renovation and construction will be essential in ensuring project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination
  • Monitor and manage project progress, identifying and resolving issues
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, designers, and architects to ensure project deliverables
  • Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and change orders
  • Assist with take-offs, estimating, and budgeting
  • Provide excellent client service and communication

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture
  • 2-3 years of construction project management experience and/or tenant improvement experience
  • Fully proficient in English
  • Ability to travel to the US at least 25% in role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Experience with PlanGrid and Bluebeam preferred
