About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our team. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a vital role in facilitating and optimizing the import and export operations for our automotive clients at the border. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the flow of goods
  • Communicating with customers and carriers
  • Handling documentation
  • Ensuring smooth and efficient logistics processes

Key Responsibilities

As an Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Sending daily reports
  • Knowledge of importations and exportations
  • Updating portals
  • Communication with customers and carriers
  • Transfer the flow of exports and imports
  • Coordinating pickups
  • Follow up on deliveries
  • Handling and control of crossing documents
  • Intermediate level of Office tools (Excel, word, etc)
  • Knowledge of AS400 is a huge plus
  • Communication skills
  • Proactive
  • Multitasking
  • Teamwork
  • Good English level

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $18,000 to $25,000 per month, as well as:
