Main Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of strategic and operational plans for our IT department.

  • Lead the planning, execution, and measurement of IT solutions and services.
  • Oversee the adoption of new technologies, information architecture, information security, methodologies, and best practice solutions.
  • Develop and manage budgets for salaries, operating expenses, and managed expenses.
  • Evaluate, negotiate, and manage IT suppliers and their respective contracts.
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Experience in managing IT projects and teams.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, information infrastructure, and management of multidisciplinary areas.
  • Experience with projects like migrating individual work to Google Workplace.
  • Experience with policies, ERP, connectivity, and VPN.
  • Soft skills such as leadership, teamwork, communication, and management of large projects.
Desirable Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • A degree in a relevant field in information technology.
  • Experience in the construction industry (other industries like manufacturing, logistics, supply chain are also welcome).
  • Knowledge of programming.
  • Legally mandated benefits in a 100% nominal scheme.
