Job Summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the digital transformation of a leading industrial company in Tampico, Tamaulipas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, project management, and IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

The IT Manager will be responsible for:

  • Contribute to the development of strategic and operational plans for the company's IT department.
  • Lead the implementation of IT solutions and services, including the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
  • Manage the company's IT budget, including salaries, operating expenses, and managed expenses.
  • Evaluate and negotiate IT supplier contracts.
  • Lead the company's projects, including project management and team leadership.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Executive experience in IT management, with a focus on digital transformation.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in leading large-scale projects.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, information infrastructure, and management of multidisciplinary areas.
  • Experience with IT solutions, including migration to Google Workplace.
  • Soft skills, including leadership, teamwork, communication, and management of large projects.
Desirable Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as information technology.
  • Experience in the construction industry or other relevant industries.
  • Knowledge of programming languages.
