Main responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to strategic and operational planning to drive business growth.
  • Leading the development and implementation of IT solutions and services that align with the company's digital transformation strategy.
  • Overseeing the adoption of new technologies, information architecture, and information security best practices to ensure the company's IT infrastructure is secure and efficient.
  • Managing budgets for salaries, operating expenses, and managed expenses to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Evaluating, negotiating, and managing IT suppliers and their respective contracts to ensure the company gets the best value for its investments.

Key requirements include:

  • Experience in leading technology projects and managing teams.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage large projects and teams.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and practices.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, information infrastructure, and management of multidisciplinary areas.
  • Experience with projects like migrating individual work to Google Workplace.
  • Experience with policies, ERP, connectivity, and VPN.
  • Experience in managing and communicating with suppliers.

Desirable qualifications include:

  • Degree in a relevant field in information technology.
  • Experience in the construction industry or other relevant industries.
  • Knowledge of programming.
