**Job Summary**:

As a Senior Supervisor, Accounting Services, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of analysts and team leaders. Your experience in managing a team within the Finance and Accounting field is highly desirable. You will ensure customer satisfaction by overseeing the operations of respective Accounting teams, conducting performance management, and completing performance evaluations for assigned staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Manage and lead a team of analysts and team leaders to achieve operational excellence.
  • Oversee the operations of respective Accounting teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct performance management, including goal setting, performance evaluation, and coaching.
  • Complete performance evaluations for assigned staff.
  • Ensure the rigor of discipline in implementation by creating high-performance work cultures built on best practices.
  • Handle various activities within the teams with a key focus on adherence to SLAs and SOPs through knowledge-based implementations for enhanced operational effectiveness.
  • Participate in business-related discussions with clients and other internal teams.
  • Address client escalations and handle pressure and client deliveries.
  • Propose transformation initiatives to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluate processes out of compliance, identify root causes, and enforce solutions to address non-compliant issues.

**Requirements**:

  • Finance and accounting background is required.
  • 24/7 schedule availability.
  • Transition/migration background is a must.
  • Portuguese language is a must.
