**Job Description**
As a Strategic Human Resources Advisor at Bosch, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our organization. You will act as a strategic partner to our executives and associates, providing guidance on HR matters and implementing effective HR measures.
You will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of HR standards, policies, and processes across all areas of responsibility. Your expertise will be sought after by leadership and associates alike, who will rely on your advice on benefits and compensation, recruitment, development programs, general services, discipline administration, and legal compliance.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as a guide for the leadership line in your area, exchanging views freely and providing corrective feedback when necessary
- Facilitate the HR Strategy in your area of responsibility by implementing appropriate HR measures
- Ensure the implementation of HR standards, policies, and processes in your area of responsibility
- Advise leadership and associates on HR topics, including benefits and compensation, recruitment, development programs, general services, discipline administration, and legal compliance
- Coordinate the HR Partners core processes and compliance of KPIs to ensure HR Strategy achievement
- Develop HR Partners under your responsibility
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluent English
- MS Office skills (medium-advanced)
- Results-oriented individual with excellent customer service skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Strategic thinking and business acumen
- Accountability and self-motivation
- Labor relations and Mexican law knowledge
- Adherence to Bosch values and leadership & development tools
- Business standards knowledge (ISOs/OSHAS/NOMs, etc.)
**Salary:** $80,000 - $120,000 per year (dependent on location and experience)
