Business Development Associate at Grove Acquisitions

We are partnering with Grove Acquisitions to find a top candidate for a full-time Business Development Associate role. This position involves booking meetings with institutional property owners through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn, as well as maintaining a healthy prospect pipeline and ensuring adequate reporting and information entry into our CRM.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and execute on key issues and opportunities to drive business growth
- Maintain a strong prospect pipeline and ensure adequate reporting
- Enter information into our CRM system
- Exceptional English language skills
- Marketing, sales, communication, or related university background
- Strong communication skills and vocal volume
- Experience in the real estate or related industry is a plus
- Work schedule: 9:30 AM EST - 6:30 PM EST
- Virtual office setup with daily attendance in Kumospace environment
- Contractor role with a monthly compensation of $1250 - $1500 USD
- Commission structure based on meetings booked and deals closed
