About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at LHR Americas. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the screening, planning, and execution of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, and divestments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on target companies, evaluating their financials, operations, and market position.
  • Develop and execute business proposals, including drafting non-binding offers (NBOs) and negotiating commercial terms.
  • Manage transaction execution, including selecting and onboarding advisors, and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
  • Validate business proposals against investment criteria and portfolio strategy.
  • Provide administrative direction and personnel management to assigned Business Development Analysts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business, or Finance from a recognized international program.
  • 10-15 years of experience in business development, with at least 5 years in M&A transaction execution.
  • Strong M&A background, with expertise in financial valuation, due diligence, commercial negotiations, and transaction structuring.
  • Adequate understanding of financial analysis, commercial principles, and industry expertise.
