Job Summary


The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless HR functions across various departments. This includes employee records management, onboarding/offboarding, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HRIS maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and regulations.


Key Responsibilities



  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and security regulations.
  • Collaborate with payroll operations to ensure seamless coordination between HR and payroll functions.
  • Support in administering employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefit-related inquiries.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of benefits information.
  • Track employee work hours and leave requests accurately for payroll purposes.
  • Address any issues related to attendance and timekeeping.
  • Utilize and maintain the HRIS for managing employee data and generating reports.
  • Stay informed about labor laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance.

Requirements


The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and 2+ years of experience in HR administration or a related role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with employees at all levels of the organization, are essential.
