- Ensure accurate record-keeping of benefits information.

- Address any issues related to attendance and timekeeping.
- Utilize and maintain the HRIS for managing employee data and generating reports.
- Stay informed about labor laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and 2+ years of experience in HR administration or a related role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with employees at all levels of the organization, are essential.
