Our North American division operates across multiple facilities in Mexico, where we blend manufacturing and fabrication. Key Responsibilities

  • Gather information from service departments to assess the status of orders.
  • Address customer inquiries within the designated response timeframe.
  • Manage special customer requests (accelerations, modifications, updates, routing, stock controls, and holds).
  • Communicate with clients through various channels.
  • Assist production teams in interpreting special order instructions.
  • Coordinate shipping methods with the logistics team for special orders.
  • Track and follow up on overdue orders to ensure resolution.
  • Approve or reject shipments based on stock availability and production workload.
  • Update the system with the latest order statuses.
  • Collaborate with customer service and service departments to resolve order entry issues.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum one year of experience in a similar role.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (80% proficiency).
  • High school diploma or university degree.
  • Proficient in office software.
