Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Associate to join our team. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and developing and executing strategic sales plans to generate new business leads and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients through effective communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
  • Pipeline Demand: Create consistent pipeline demand through qualified leads generated by the marketing team, professional networks, and own prospecting activities.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster long-term partnerships and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy: Work with leadership teams to develop and implement regional Demand Generation strategies.
  • Sales Tools: Assist with drafting sales tools, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
  • Time Management: Efficient in time management with multiple priorities.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in the Brazilian market.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in business development, customer engagement, or similar roles, preferably in the software/technology industry.
  • Language Skills: Proficient Portuguese and English skills (oral and written).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and stakeholders.
  • Microsoft Office: Microsoft Office domain (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Teamwork: Work both independently and cohesively in a team environment.
