Senior HR Manager LATAM Job Description

At AvantGarde Human Capital Consultants, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department in LATAM. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our company's overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our company's overall business strategy.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to our executive team, providing insights and guidance on HR matters.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Implement effective onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
  • Develop and manage succession planning and career development programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of HR management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in a global HR environment, with knowledge of international HR practices and labor laws.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software tools.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is highly desirable.
  • Able to travel 25%
  • English and Spanish (bilingual required)
