About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Designer to join our team at John Deere. As a Digital Content Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing digital content of moderate complexity for a global customer and channel segments.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and develop digital content that aligns with the company's brand identity and tone.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and intuitive communication and engagement experiences.
  • Develop compelling designs that meet the needs of our global customer and channel segments.
Requirements
  • 3 or more years of experience in digital content creation, including copywriting, graphic design, and user experience.
  • 3 or more years of experience working with cross-functional teams and adjusting working styles to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Familiarity with User Experience principles and design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Articulate 360.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge and experience with video and audio tools such as Camtasia and/or Audacity.
  • Knowledge and experience with content management platforms, such as WIDEN, TeamSite, and/or Core Media.
  • Knowledge of John Deere's distribution channels and their practices.
  • Experience working in the Financial Services industry.
  • Experience working with global teams.
Education

Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, instructional design/technology, or equivalent related experience.
