About the Role

As a Talent Sourcing Consultant, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Lilly's talent pipeline. You will be responsible for driving proactive sourcing strategies, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering exceptional talent solutions. Your expertise in strategic sourcing will be essential in identifying high-potential candidates who align with Lilly's values of Integrity, Excellence, and Respect for People.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract and engage top talent for both niche and high-volume roles, ensuring alignment with Lilly's business objectives and growth initiatives.
  • Drive the creation and management of a robust talent pipeline through networking, partnerships, and proactive candidate outreach for critical roles within the organization.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and Recruiting partners, providing expert insights on talent market trends, sourcing best practices, and candidate engagement strategies.
  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing through a strong social media presence, consistent communication, feedback, and a positive representation of Lilly's employer brand.
  • Mentor the Talent Sourcers fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in sourcing practices.
  • Actively promote and implement sourcing strategies that support Lilly's commitment to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Track sourcing performance metrics to continuously optimize sourcing strategies, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement in talent acquisition outcomes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent sourcing.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic talent-sourcing projects in global markets, or within Manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership and people development skills, with demonstrated ability to influence and guide teams.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving performance and meeting business goals.
