We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to join our Global Talent Acquisition Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of our global recruiting strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Provide project management support for global talent acquisition initiatives, including process improvement and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with HR Data and HR IT Teams to ensure seamless integration of recruiting systems and tools.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) projects.
- Manage technical tickets with vendors to drive solutions and improve data integrity.
- Partner with Data Analytics teams to build and improve data reporting and accessibility.
- Support regular ATS audits to ensure compliance requirements.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and develop innovative solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in technical fields, recruiting, or HR operations.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including ad-hoc reports and pivot tables.
- Strong understanding of recruiting processes and applicant tracking systems.
- Demonstrated project management skills and ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- ATS Tools knowledge, preferably Oracle (ORC).
- High proficiency in English language.
