Job Description:
As a Controlling and Process Specialist at Hitachi Energy Mexico, S.A. de C.V., you will perform complex process activities in line with global standards. You may be assigned as supervisor of Process Analysts and support new process standards implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage process sections, teams, and monitor work results from Process Analysts.
- Implement global process standards and maintain internal control standards following process manual.
- Oversee system-related process activities and collaborate with Hub capability owner.
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of service procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting or Business Administration.
- At least 5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance with 2+ years of experience in selected process / processes.
- Background in service delivery model environment.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and IT systems.
- Native-level fluency in English and local language.
