Team Leader (Sales Scheduling / Demand Planning)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Team Leader for the Customer Service and Sales Scheduling area, you will oversee a dedicated team responsible for:

  • Managing intricate customer order processes, ensuring seamless operations from initiation to delivery, while monitoring Kanban control loops and consignment movements.
  • Prioritizing production planning by setting daily, weekly, and monthly goals in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Addressing fluctuations in customer call-offs and demand changes that impact production schedules.
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication regarding delivery timelines, supply conditions, and any changes in order status.
  • Investigating discrepancies in inventory levels in partnership with relevant personnel.
  • Administering and overseeing IT-based master data pertinent to your area of responsibility.
  • Regularly reviewing customer portals for new logistics requirements and performance evaluations.
  • Contributing to the achievement of planned finished goods inventory levels for complex projects, including ramp-ups and phase-outs.
  • Continuously enhancing delivery service levels by optimizing logistics costs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-5 years of experience in customer service roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in foreign trade, logistics, or engineering.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Proven leadership capabilities.
