Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at HELLA. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team to process complex customer orders, monitor Kanban control loops, and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Process complex customer orders through the entire process chain, including monitoring Kanban control loops and controlling consignment movements.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly priorities for production planning in cooperation with internal positions impacting the production plan.
- Raise awareness for customer call-off fluctuations and demand de- or increases affecting production.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by communicating effectively about delivery dates, current supply situation, constraints, complaints, damages, or changes within drawing status.
- Clarify root causes for inventory level differences in cooperation with responsible persons.
- Determine, enter, and manage IT-based master data for the area of responsibility.
- Actively check customer portals for new logistics requirements, customer performance evaluations, and logistical claims.
- Contribute to achieving planned finished goods stock levels for complex running projects, ramp-ups, phase-outs, relocations, and ECNs.
- Improve delivery service levels constantly by optimizing logistics costs.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in customer service positions.
- Bachelor's degree in foreign trade, logistics, or engineering.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Negotiation and leadership skills.
