Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Verification Engineer to join our team at Micron. This role involves designing and verifying advanced memory chip technologies with high-density, ultra-high speed, and low power consumption.

Main Responsibilities

  • Developing verification patterns and regressions to increase functional coverage for all DRAM architectures and features;
  • Providing support to design engineers, debugging failures, managing bug tracking, and closing coverage;
  • Collaborating with international colleagues on developing new verification tools and flows to solve verification difficulties;
  • Designing and implementing mixed-signal design verification environments.

Requirements

  • BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent with emphasis on VLSI design and/or verification;
  • Familiarity with analog simulation methodology and tools (HSPICE, PRIMESIM);
  • Basic understanding of digital simulators (Verilog, UVM Methodology);
  • Good programming fundamentals with knowledge of Python programming preferred;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
