We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Regal Rexnord. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the business unit or functional area, providing HR support and guidance to management and employees.
Key Responsibilities- HR Support and Guidance: Provide HR support and guidance to management and employees, including recruiting, personnel documentation, compensation, and benefits.
- Liaison and Communication: Act as a liaison between departments, all levels of line and staff management, and facilitate training programs and employee communications.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with EHS and regulatory requirements, and support special projects as required.
- Talent Acquisition and Development: Provide tactical support in several areas of human resources, including recruiting, compliance, communications, job evaluation, training, development, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
- Business Partnership: Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Policy Guidance and Interpretation: Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation, and enforce and deploy HR policies compliance in accordance with organizational goals, industry trends, and labor laws or regulations.
- Staying Current: Stay current on HR trends and best practices, and develop solutions to improve HR processes and procedures.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience, with 5+ years of experience in HR.
- Skills and Qualifications: Labor relationship experience, effective communication and negotiation skills, analytical thinking skills, and Lean tools practitioner experience (plus).
