Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Le Méridien Mexico City. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support employee relations by providing guidance and resources to employees, and investigating and resolving employee complaints.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
