**Your Responsibilities**

Contribute to the development and implementation of human resources and business strategies to guarantee and maximize working relationships with employees. Plan, control, and coordinate human talent to ensure a good work environment that enables employee activities to function properly.

**Your Impact**

As an HHRR Coordinator, your key responsibilities include:

  1. Designing action plans to continue transforming the Talent agenda of the Region.
  2. Developing and implementing strategies and initiatives to improve key Human Resources indicators (Absenteeism, accidents, rotation, job demands, and vacancy coverage).
  3. Ensuring the correct execution of basic Human Resources processes (Registrations, terminations, transfers, work risks, demands, etc.).
  4. Guaranteeing the personnel development agenda and the succession of key positions in the short, medium, and long term.
  5. Guaranteeing compliance with the labor guidelines stipulated by law.
  6. Complying with and enforcing Quality, Food Safety, Industrial Safety, and Environment policies.
