Job Summary

Bosch, a global leader in the field of technology and services, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join its team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the Back Office HR team, focusing on personnel administration, staffing, training, and employee relations.
- Manage sensitive and confidential matters, including employee relations and organizational changes, while protecting the security of information, data, and files.
- Interpret, assist, and advise employees and managers on leave management, benefit administration, and HR procedures and policies within specified guidelines.
- Administer and monitor new hire orientation programs, preparing documentation for new hires and maintaining employee records.
- Support training and learning processes, providing recommendations on training courses, suppliers, and programs based on cost, quality, and impact to the business.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for HR process improvements, applying a lean management approach.
- Conduct research, gather data and statistical reports, and maintain statistical information.
- Apply a lean methodology to facilitate continuous improvement processes and create a culture of continuous improvement in the organization.

Requirements
- Advanced English language skills.
- At least 7 years of experience in HR-related topics and 2 years as a leader.
- Continuous improvement mindset, understanding and application of lean office management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle and coordinate multiple processes simultaneously, prioritizing them based on criticality and importance.
- Accountability, results orientation, leadership, and managing complexity skills.
