Cyber Security Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Specialist to join our IT North America Security & Compliance team.
This role offers the opportunity to perform advanced threat detection and forensic investigations of cyber events, insider risk, and misconduct activity. You will support Legal, Compliance, HR, and Audit teams with internal investigations and conduct forensic analyses of compromised systems or security incidents.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, information security, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in digital forensics and security investigations. They will be familiar with forensic tools such as Encase, Magnet Forensics AXIOM, volatility, or eDiscovery solutions like Relativity or Microsoft eDiscovery.
In this role, you will design and implement automation workflows for remote data collection and digital forensics, contribute to the development of platforms and methods for detecting insider threats, and liaise with Security Product Managers to identify best practices and improve technical standards.
Bonus points if you have experience with Microsoft solutions, including the Data Loss Prevention and Insider Risk Management modules. Relevant technical certifications, such as CHFI or GIAC, are also highly valued.
