Global Security Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Global Security Operations Manager to join our team in the Latin America Region. As a key member of our security leadership team, you will be responsible for providing functional guidance on all security matters and collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and development programs for security personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Conduct internal and external investigations related to insider threats, theft of trade secrets, workplace violence, thefts, anti-counterfeiting, and ethics investigations.
- Manage country-specific travel advisories and update Microsoft SharePoint Site accordingly.
- Collaborate with the Information/Cyber Security Team to identify insider threats and conduct investigations.
- Support executive security needs and liaison with law enforcement and government officials as necessary.
- Network and benchmark with other security professionals to stay updated on best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Relevant experience in law enforcement, intelligence community, or corporate security with program management experience.
- Advanced level of English
- Established contacts in law enforcement, governments, and corporations.
- Highly developed management, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of people.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
- Must demonstrate and promote a high level of integrity and ethics.
- Knowledge of and commitment to compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. DuPont offers a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for career growth.
