Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resources Generalist to support our HR leadership team in delivering daily HR services and building and optimizing talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to Integer's Core Values and all safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements.
- Partner with business operations leaders to understand business needs and objectives.
- Lead and execute HR initiatives and services for client groups.
- Develop solutions through organization effectiveness and employment lifecycle management.
- Provide HR guidance, coaching, and direction to managers on talent management, succession planning, total rewards, policy interpretation, associate data integrity, communication effectiveness, associate engagement, and leadership best practices.
- Partner with HR COE's and perform research on recruitment, associate orientation, benefits, and manager development training.
- Utilize HR systems to generate reports and perform analysis to identify trends in performance, turnover, compensation, etc.
- Audit and maintain associate digital records to ensure data integrity.
- Participate in enterprise-wide HR Project teams to develop and implement process improvements.
- Promote associate contribution and commitment through focus groups, surveys, round tables, town halls, and other forums.
- Act as an escalation point for associate concerns, complaints, and/or workplace conflict.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and country labor laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline with 4+ years of experience or 6+ years of experience with an Associate's degree.
- Solid knowledge of federal and state labor and employment laws.
