**Job Summary**

Believe, the worldwide leader in digital audio and video distribution for independent artists and labels, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Artist Support Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Artist Support Specialists, providing top-notch support to our clients, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Artist Support Specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure exceptional performance.
  • Resolve escalated issues and questions from clients regarding Believe's products and services.
  • Assist in hiring and training new team members, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent support to our clients.
  • Deliver bi-annual performance reviews to team members, providing constructive feedback and coaching to drive growth and development.
  • Work closely with the team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless delivery of our services.
  • Provide reporting on client and product issues, helping to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new features and services that enhance the client experience.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the digital music industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of Mac and Microsoft Office Suite, with experience using Zendesk a plus.
  • Time management and workload prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
