Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in customer and/or people programs from an operational perspective.
- Proven record of accomplishment in leading initiatives promoting sales effectiveness and productivity.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in planning, coordinating, and delivering results.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
- Collaboration skills, with the ability to influence peers and leaders to embrace best practices.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage internal customers.
- Ability to design, understand, and manage data visualizations and Excel.
