Key Responsibilities
- Draft and implement content recommendations to enhance our clients' online presence
- Optimize and manage local business listings on various platforms, including Google, Bing, and Yelp
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, concise answers to clients and sales teams
- Provide regular performance updates to clients and stakeholders
- Communicate complex concepts and results to clients in a clear and simple manner
- Identify trends, successes, and opportunities for improvement in SEO and social media
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies
Requirements
- 4-year college degree in Business, Journalism, or Marketing (preferred)
- 1-2 years of agency experience or customer service experience required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to dig deeply into analytics and adjust campaigns quickly
- Self-motivated and self-starting, with the ability to work independently
Work Environment
This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. The salary and benefits package includes a monthly base salary of $17,340 Pesos, plus a monthly bonus of $2,124, $500 food stamps, and 4% savings stamps. Additionally, you will receive 15 days of Christmas bonus (increasing with tenure) and all other law benefits.
