Job Summary:
The Accounts Payable Analyst is a key role within the Regal Rexnord organization, responsible for the receipt and processing of invoices, as well as the verification of supplier information and payment processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintains and reviews invoice information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Verifies supplier information, including name, RFC, and PO numbers.
- Processes invoices for payment, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
- Supports internal and external audits, providing accurate and detailed information as needed.
- Downloads and processes generic mail and invoices from the file director.
- Processes supplier payments, including transfers and checks.
- Supports other departments related to AP accounts, including GL, payroll, and tax.
- Follows up on prepayments, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
- Processes utilities payments, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
Requirements:
- Technical degree or equivalent related experience.
- 3+ years of accounting relevant knowledge and expertise.
- Basic English language skills required.
