Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers through multiple channels to identify and resolve technical support requests, while educating them on the use of our platform.
  • Reproduce technical issues and dive into our 400+ integrations to provide expert solutions.
  • Become demo certified and lead three-pillar demos to customers.
  • Participate in product conversations with internal teams based on feedback from client interactions.
  • Train as a highly knowledgeable specialist in one or more Datadog product areas.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in multi-channel technical support at a SaaS company.
  • Proficiency in using Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, or similar software.
  • Previous technical troubleshooting and/or programming experience.
  • Self-motivated, detail-attentive, and a desire for continuous learning.
  • A critical thinker who defaults to a client-centric approach.
  • An effective written and verbal communicator.
  • Able to work a rotating schedule that requires weekend availability.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to read, understand, and communicate ideas with native speakers.
