- Proficiency in ERP, CRM, ECM systems, and Salesforce Reports and Dashboards.
- Excellent communication and articulation skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability to process changes.
- Expert Microsoft Excel knowledge.
- Prior experience with Salesforce is highly desirable.
