About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP BPC Senior Consultant to join our team at MXES Entserv Enterprise Services Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. as we embark on new S/4HANA projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solution Design and Implementation:
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust SAP BPC solutions, ensuring seamless integration with client objectives.
  • Lead the design, configuration, and customization of SAP BPC models, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation, to drive operational efficiencies.
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of SAP BPC projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their financial planning and consolidation challenges and strategic goals, providing expert advice on SAP BPC best practices.
  • Conduct workshops, presentations, and training sessions to drive adoption and knowledge transfer, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Project Management:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets, to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Manage project resources, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely and within-budget delivery, identifying and mitigating risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support and Maintenance:
  • Provide post-implementation support and ongoing maintenance for SAP BPC solutions, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to SAP BPC functionality.
  • Identify opportunities for solution optimization and continuous improvement, promoting a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, computer science, or a related field, with a master's degree being a plus.
  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in implementing SAP BPC solutions, with a proven track record of successfully leading SAP BPC projects from initiation to completion.
  • Deep understanding of SAP BPC modules, including Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Consolidation, with strong technical skills in SAP BPC configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships, and SAP certification in BPC or relevant modules being highly desirable.
