We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS Implementation Specialist to join our team at Eastman. As an HRIS Implementation Specialist, you will play a critical role in the implementation of our Human Capital Management (HCM) system, including the SuccessFactors Talent Management modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the implementation of HCM modules, including testing, training, and support for HR teams.
- Develop and maintain training materials and job aids for new functionality and update existing documentation as changes occur.
- Process security requests to grant access to SAP security roles supporting Human Resources, following established security protocols.
- Participate in HR process improvement and automation projects as needed.
Requirements
- Demonstrated knowledge of a cloud HCM system, preferably SuccessFactors HCM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent communication and written English skills.
- Closely attention to detail and a systematic approach to managing the flow of work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing deadlines and priorities.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with varied work hours.
