About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CX Service Excellence Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for owning and managing customer experience, ensuring smooth execution of end-to-end logistics lifecycle while working closely with customers, internal, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a world-class customer service experience
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs, drivers, and desires
  • Take ownership of customer issues, resolving them promptly and responsibly
  • Monitor third-party supplier performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Coordinating shipment operations with stakeholders to meet customer expectations
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience in operations or customer services roles in International Transportation, Logistics, or Freight Forwarding
  • Reefer or DG Cargo Handling (desirable)
  • Bachelor's Degree in international commerce, Administration, Economy, Engineering Careers, or related areas
  • Proficient in English at an intermediate high level (70-90%); written and spoken communication skills essential
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintaining quality focus
  • Positive, proactive, and persistent mindset
