CX Service Excellence Specialist

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled CX Service Excellence Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for owning and managing customer experience, ensuring smooth execution of end-to-end logistics lifecycle while working closely with customers, internal, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a world-class customer service experience
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently
- Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs, drivers, and desires
- Take ownership of customer issues, resolving them promptly and responsibly
- Monitor third-party supplier performance to identify areas for improvement
- Coordinating shipment operations with stakeholders to meet customer expectations
- At least 2 years' experience in operations or customer services roles in International Transportation, Logistics, or Freight Forwarding
- Reefer or DG Cargo Handling (desirable)
- Bachelor's Degree in international commerce, Administration, Economy, Engineering Careers, or related areas
- Proficient in English at an intermediate high level (70-90%); written and spoken communication skills essential
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, maintaining quality focus
- Positive, proactive, and persistent mindset

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
