Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our team at Here Technologies. As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality HR administrative support and services to our LATAM Operations team.
Main Responsibilities
- Employee Life Cycle Management: Provide HR administrative support and services for employee onboarding, offboarding, leave of absence, and time-off management.
- Smooth Onboarding: Deliver new hire orientations and ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new employees.
- Employee Benefits Management: Manage benefits administration for responsible countries.
- People Intranet Development: Develop and maintain the HR intranet in collaboration with other HR Operations team members.
- Process Improvements: Continuously review and improve HR processes for alignment, efficiency, and cost-optimization.
- Quality Systems: Ensure HR processes are defined, documented, and adhered to, with a focus on attention to detail.
- Policies and Compliance: Facilitate the deployment of global policies in responsible regions, review and propose changes to local policies, and ensure regulatory compliance with local employment laws.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee relationship issues.
- Vendor Management: Effectively manage HR vendors, including performance monitoring.
- HR Special Projects: Support HR-special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a multicultural HR shared services environment in the LATAM region.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and meeting service level agreements.
- Proficient in HR services, products, policies, and processes.
- Enthusiastic about Human Resources and its impact on organizations.
- Highly organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
- Experience with Excel and ERP systems (PeopleSoft).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
