Job Title: Supervisor, Human Resources

About the Role:

The Human Resources Supervisor serves as a central point of contact for our site, providing expert HR support to ensure employee satisfaction, productivity, and compliance with Federal and State regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate employment records using HR management systems.
  • Communicate human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations effectively.
  • Serve as an effective and dedicated HR advisor to employees and management, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Investigate employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns, and provide recommendations.
  • Facilitate a smooth new hire onboarding process.
  • Promote and implement various HR programs and site events.
  • Administer site benefits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years' experience in HR practices and principles related to employment and labor law, supporting a diverse group of employees with experience in coaching, counseling, and employee relations.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and judgment when providing feedback, guidance, clarification, and disciplinary action.
  • Experience in a call center environment or fast-paced work environment preferred.
  • Must possess an entrepreneurial spirit, an "expect greater" attitude, and lead by example.
