We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Strategic Operations Coordinator to join our team at TUI. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for running and managing our planning system, ensuring seamless operations and efficient distribution of information across the team and other business areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run and manage the planning system to meet operational requirements
  • Monitor and manage changes, modifications, and cancellations in the planning system
  • Process and update automated bookings into the booking system
  • Monitor automatic integration of bookings and ensure they are not held back
  • Check special requests bookings and register requirements on the system

About You

We are looking for a candidate with strong administration and organizational skills, comfortable with technology and able to think logically to simplify tasks. You should be able to work independently and adapt to a variety of changes to ways of working. Fluency in verbal and written English is essential, with additional languages advantageous.
