Operational Excellence Team Member
**Job Summary**
As a key member of our Operational Excellence team, you will be responsible for auditing and improving operational processes for our Fulfiment program (FBA - Fulfilment by Amazon). You will work closely with central teams to drive continuous improvements to the supply chain design and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Analyze processes and defects to identify areas for improvement
* Develop and implement repeatable processes and drive automation or standardization
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve collective success
* Build mechanisms to monitor progress and track key performance indicators
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
* Experience in program or project management
* Intermediate level of proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLookUps, and SQL
* Advanced level of English proficiency (written and spoken)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience implementing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
* Knowledge of data cleansing and array formulas in Excel
