Amazon Global Selling is a significant business unit within Amazon, responsible for facilitating sales across multiple countries. Our goal is to offer customers the largest selection of products, and we strive to improve the seller experience, particularly for LATAM sellers operating in the US through our Global Selling Program.
Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) provides logistics services to third-party sellers on our marketplace, handling supply chain and returns. We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our FBA Business team, focusing on building solutions to help FBA selling partners scale their business on Amazon.
The ideal candidate will develop and drive programs that impact selling partners' and customers' experiences. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and executing opportunities to accelerate FBA growth and drive process improvements in LATAM Global Selling.
- Developing a deep understanding of FBA processes, tools, data, and teams, identifying gaps and opportunities for high-impact projects.
- Working autonomously on new or ambiguous initiatives, creating scalable solutions in a rapidly evolving landscape.
- Demonstrating high ownership to drive multiple time-sensitive action items through multiple business groups.
- Connecting with key stakeholders to review ops/business metrics and setup processes to ensure goals are met.
- Developing new programs/solutions and creating roadmaps, leading high-profile meetings to align project requirements and collaborate with stakeholders.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of Mexico City, DIF, MEX. The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 8+ years of program or project management experience.
- 6+ years of working cross-functionally with non-tech teams experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level.
- English proficiency: Advanced (written and spoken).
