Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controlling Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading plant controlling activities, including preparing reports, directing budget preparation, and providing management with timely reviews of the organization's financial status.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare reports summarizing and forecasting company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and expected operations.
  • Direct the preparation of budgets, review budget proposals, and prepare necessary supporting documentation and justification.
  • Conduct investment calculations and long-term cost simulations.
  • Provide management with timely reviews of the organization's financial status and progress in its various programs and activities.
  • Advise management on desirable operational adjustments based on analysis of actual cost performance data or tax code revisions.
  • Coach controlling employees to develop them to the next level.

Requirements

  • 7+ years' experience in accounting, finance, or plant controlling, including ERP CO Module experience.
  • 3+ years' experience in Automotive Supply Chain Management, managing teams.
  • Experience with SAP system.
  • Language: English (min level B2).
  • Manage diverse entity legals.
